3E shall be taken to mean Earth's Environmental Experts Ltd.

SUBSCRIBERS

All subscribers to the 3E Database have a duty to ensure that the information they provide is accurate. In particular, they should ensure that they personally have the experience necessary to carry out work in the specialist areas they have identified. It is not permissible to include specialisations which you do not have but which are present in any larger grouping that you are involved with, for example an informal network or consultancy.

We reserve the right to refuse any application which we believe to be inaccurate or misleading.

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the 3E Database if we have good reason to believe that their details are inaccurate or misleading.

We cannot be held liable for any contractual arrangements made between subscribers and their clients, even if the contract results from a search of the 3E Database. For example, it is the consultant's responsibility to ensure that he or she has made all necessary contractual arrangements regarding pay, accommodation, expenses etc with the client.

We reserve the right to amend the subscription rate annually if necessary.

SEARCHERS

No checks are made on the accuracy of the information that is supplied to the 3E Database. It is therefore essential that you make your own checks regarding the suitability of any consultants that you contact as a result of a search on this database.

GENERAL

3E shall not, in any circumstances, be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, however caused, resulting from the use of this database.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of England. The English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with the provision of services by 3E Ltd to the customer.
